Policies on Warranty and Return Claims

To ensure proper service to everyone, any unauthorized returns will be REFUSED and send back to the sender. Please call ahead for Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back

Warranty Policy

All SUGOi products will be covered for one full year from date-of-purchase to the original owner from an Authorized Dealer or Authorized Online Retailer.

    We always recommend that your return to the original retailer for SUGOi warranty inquires.

Please be aware of claims that are not subject to warranty:

  • Damage caused by general wear and tear
  • Damaged caused by general wear against abrasive surfaces such as Velcro, Bag straps; rough seams or a rip on one's saddle.
  • Damage to fabric caused by UV (Sunlight), Chlorinated Pools, Bleach, Fabric Softeners, Dry Cleaners.
  • Rips, Burns, Tears and Damages due to accident, Improper size choice, normal wear and tear, Improper care, Mis-use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.
  • Close-outs and clearance items are not subject to Warranty. Any item sold at the annual factory sale are final and not subject to warranty.

Special Note: SUGOi does not repair product or credit repairs done locally through retailer's discretion. However, we will try our best to provide a replacement upon our customer's request.

Online Store Return Policy

SUGOi is affiliated with Shopatron Network (www.shopatron.com), an authorized payment and order allocater. Your order may have been fulfilled by a number of Authorized SUGOi Dealers. Any issues regarding invoicing please call Shopatron directly at 1-866-625-5050 with your order number.

  • You can return your products up to 30 days from date received on unused / unwashed. Tags must be attached.
  • You must log onto your Shopatron account (which you created during check out) to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Any Back-order item(s) will be cancelled from the order.

Your Shopatron order must be returned back to the original fulfiller. If you are unsure or for more information please contact Shopatron (1-866-625-5050) or SUGOi head office returns department (1-800-432-1335).

Consumer Warranty Policy

  • SUGOi will only replace with same model / size on item(s) purchase with in one year through an authorized dealer or online retailer.
  • Consumers must supply the following to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number: Copy of the Receipt, Pictures of the item and defect, Consumers address, and Size.
  • Consumers are responsible for giving a secure return shipping address.
  • Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to SUGOi.
  • SUGOi will pay the return shipping costs for replacement items. We ship all return warranty items via UPS or FedEx ground with Signature Required.
  • SUGOi will NOT give cash refunds to any consumers for warranty item(s). Consumer warranties are replacement only.

Shipping Information for Returns

All returns must have an Return Authorization (RA) number that is clearly written on the box(es). Only approved items will be processed, any extra items will be sent back to the sender. RA's must be shipped to one of the following addresses depending on the country of request:

All Shopatron returns must be shipped to the original country of origin complete with RMA Number

SUGOI( US and Canada orders only) does not accept consumer direct returns that are not facilitated through a retailer or Shopatron.
