SUGOI maintains a separate distribution center for each country.  This allows us to fulfill your online order faster and avoid paying additional Customs/Brokerage fees.
No.  All orders will be fulfilled by the distribution center in the country with which the order was placed.
No.  At this time SUGOI does not accept consumer orders by phone.
If you have a PK code, there is a $200 retail limit and the code can only be used once.  Once you have entered the code, you cannot revise your order.

If you have a PD code, please confirm that the code was entered as shown on the card.  Also verify that you are in the correct country for your code.

If you are a Brand Champion, the original email address that was submitted on the application is linked to the code.

If you are entering an R+R Sock code, please be sure to include your size in the comments field in your order.

If you have a code that differs from the above listed, please confirm that it has been entered as shown on the card (all codes are case sensitive), check the expiration date, if this is not available, please contact the person who provided the code.

SUGOI.com currently ships to Canada and the United States.
No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If your order includes a PO Box for shipping, this will delay the processing time while we contact you to obtain a different shipping address.
Shipping is $12CDN in Canada and $12USD in the United States.
Yes, all orders placed through SUGOI.com are trackable. You will receive the tracking information in your confirmation email from Shopatron.
At this time SUGOI.com only ships using Standard Ground service through UPS in Canada and FedEx in the United States.
SUGOI has partnered with the Shopatron network, providing local retailers with the opportunity to fulfill requests, possibly shortening transit times of shipped parcels. Once an order has been placed, there is a 48 hour bidding process. Once the order has been assigned to a fulfiller, most orders are received within 4-5 business days.
