What is the SUGOI warranty policy?



Product will be covered for one year from proof of purchase date for manufacturing defects.

Please be aware of the following claims that are not subject to warranty:
Damage caused by general wear against abrasive surfaces, such as Velcro, bag strapping, rough seams, or a rip on one's saddle
Rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accident, improper care, mis-use or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time
SUGOI does not repair product or credit repairs done locally through retailers' discretion.

DID YOU BUY IT ONLINE?
All online purchase returns and exchanges (Shopatron) must be shipped to the original country of origin complete with RMA or EXCHANGE number. If you do not have an RMA or EXCHANGE number prior to shipping please contact Shopatron: 1-877-412-7467 Any returns without an RMA or EXCHANGE number will be refused upon delivery.

DID YOU BUY YOUR GARMENTS THROUGH A RETAIL STORE?
It is required to facilitate the return via the original location of purchase where possible. If there are any challenges and a retail location is not able to fulfill the request please refer to consumer return portion instructions below.

How do I return my product that is not facilitated through Shopatron or the retailer?



All products being returned require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Call: 1-800-432-1335 between 8:00am and 5:30 PST to receive a return authorization number from the Consumer & Warranty Department. Items returned without authorization prior will be refused upon delivery.

Write your RA number on the outside of the package. If a package does not clearly and legibly display a complete RA number, it will be returned, unprocessed, to the sender. Please include a letter with your name, address and phone number as well as the problem you are having and/or what happened to your product. Mark affected area with masking tape or a rubber band.

Please ensure that the items are thoroughly clean prior to sending. All items received for inspection must be clean. Items received that are deemed insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.

Shipping information: Customer is responsible for giving a secure return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to SUGOI. SUGOI will pay the return shipping costs for replacement items. We ship all return warranty items via UPS or FedEx ground.
