No matter how long you have been racing; how well trained you are or even how willing you are to race under trained, you really need to have some respect for a course like the Muskoka 70.3 in Huntsville, Ontario. Half-iron courses are not, by their nature, easy and this course in particular has a reputation for not producing many personal bests.
